- Sunday: run with Jonathan (3 miles)
- Monday: workout at the gym (run 2.5 miles on the treadmill, various weight training exercises)
- Tuesday: volleyball
- Thursday: hot yoga
- Friday: run with Jonathan (3.5 miles) **this was a big day for me because this is the farthest I have ever run without stopping, yay!!**
- Saturday: run with Alissa (5k loop - getting prepared for the 5k next Saturday)
